I booked a bridal shower for 12 people and 2 days before Sarah the manager cancelled with no explanaion. She did not accept any responsibility but blamed it on "miscommunication".
I booked 3 months in advance and called at least 6 times to re-confirm that it was still scheduled. There was no miscommunication - they didn't even have the decency to call me and tell me they decided not to do the bridal party - I had to call them.
TERRIBLE people, no sense of empathy and especially very unprofessional. I will not be supporting this business ever again.
