Brought our lawn tractor in for service. Was told it would take about a week. we got it back 3 weeks later missing the key and hitch pin. When we tried to cut the grass we found it missing a blade and the other 2 blades not sharpened. When I complained the told me they took off the blade as it was bent but forgot to tell me. No aplogies about anything. Horrible service. No one ever returns your calls and 50% of the time no one answers the phone. I emailed the manager to complain but no reponse.
