    Great Work - Great Prices

Being new to the city, my family was in need of a new furnace and didn't know much about this type of business. They provided top knotch service and advice. Looking for in floor heating next. They'll be my first call!

    Excellent - At First

We had just built a house and the Hardy Boys did the heating, air exchanger and afterwards central air. Now that they have been been PAID, they are not too eager to service what they installed. Many unanswered calls, broken promises leave a very SOUR taste in our mouths. If this post saves another family from the aggrevation of very poor after service - then it has been worth my while to do this. Joe

Contrary to Mr. Spigarelli's belief, we had not been paid in full for the installation at the time of his call. The general contractor who built his home fell upon hard times and finally paid eight months after the homeowner took possesion of the house. The general contractor knew we had no intention of responding to any further calls until payment had been made in full, unfortunately he didn't make the homeowner aware of the situation. Perhaps Mr. Spigarelli should have spoken to the contractor, as this would have cleared things up for him. Regardless, the very minor callback was corrected, after it was found to have been a kinked drain line on the air exchanger, ironically caused by work done after the fact by the general contractor!
