While on call driver was havig a side conversation. Gave address twice and they asked for a general area instead of writing address down. Van was shakey the whole ride unable to tell if it was due to the van's condition or driver on the gravel sides. Driver was impolite on call and when addressing concerns. Pro cheap for quick ride
I would never recommend this service to anyone. I was told 5 min to be picked up at my house. Half hour later I called to see where they were. He had the address wrong, so I repeated it three more times. Waited another half hour, called back again. He said they were waiting at some address, still the wrong one,in fact the one he said doesn't even exist in this town. I couldn't believe after saying my address, slowly and clearly 4 times, he couldn't make a simple pickup.then he hung up.
