I changed to this physiotherapy clinic after becoming dissatisfied with one in Ancaster. The other clinic had a preset program that they gave to every knee replacement patient regardless of age or condition. Whereas, this clinic (Krystal) listens to your issues and addresses them with specific exercises. I definitely recommend going here.
Have been going for a while and they are always on top of my care - adjusting, making changes and challenging me as I continue in my recovery from hip surgeries. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable; you go away feeling like they really care about you.
