    I recently worked...

    I recently worked with Chef Dez and The Fold Catering for a fundraiser event, Party for a Cause, to raise money for a local at-risk youth after-school program. We had about 130 people attend and Chef Dez's dish was one of the most popular items at our food table. He was punctual, provided us with a chaffing dish, showed me how to use it properly, and let his food do the rest. I definitely recommend The Fold Catering for future events - they are energetic, passionate, committed, and professional!

    Amazing Catering

    I use The Fold for my corporate meetings here at my hotel. They are my preferred caterer. My hotel does not allow outside catering so it is important I have the right company in place. Since using The Fold, I have seen my existing clients commenting every meeting about the amazing food and the presentation. I have also gained more business due to the great menu, variety of options and Dez building a great first impression. I am a loyal customer! Thank you for making my clients happy and bringing them back for more!
