This is the worst tour company I have ever dealt with! After 2 passengers on our bus to NYC received tragic news on our way there, the tour guides decided on a whim and without notifying the remaining 46 passengers to turn our bus around!! I strongly advise all future clients to think carefully before booking with such an UNPROFESSIONAL and IRRATIONAL company. Please save yourselves the money and worry and book with a more reputable company that has CONTINGENCY PLANS in place in the event of emergency situations!
