Don't take care of their buildings. Bed bugs were not addressed in the entire building on Walter Ave. despite several apartments reporting;just dealing with single units. Cockroaches too. Chose to ignore a (now) former tenant warning & requests to have entire building sprayed for BOTH infestations of bugs. The building is rampant with two bugs species that are unsanitary & traumatic Not timely w/repairs for essentials in units.. Tenants of Megna at other locations report same.
