    Horrible building...

    Horrible building, do not rent here. There is a bug infestation to the point that roaches are visible during daylight hours in the halls and elevator, the building will accept anyone so it has gone downhill with drug addicts, mess, etc. and the building is owned by a slum lord, who had the water shut off 2 nights in 48 hrs for no given reason (other than suspected to save money) and has had the heat on the most minimal level so apartments are cold in November when heat must legally be on by Sept
