Downtown Animal Hospital

We went to this clinic when we first arrived in Hamilton. It is one of three clinics owned by the same vet. They had a revolving door of vets because he could not seem to maintain staff there. Our family member who was in their care was medically complex and we had to explain over and over about the history because the revolving door was not prepared (how could they be). Run, don't walk to any other vet in the city!

I've been going for a few years now, ever time has been a very pleasant experience for myself and my pup. Staff and Doctors have been very nice and helpful.

I went in to buy ...

I went in to buy cat food...the process should have taken 5 minutes; however the receptionist and vet seemed to have issues which delayed this...to the tune of 20+ minutes of my time. To add to this, I think the clinic would be well advised to conduct surgery behind closed doors. Total creep factor...and very distressing. Take your pets elsewhere at all costs. Ick!!!
