For asphalt, BMIR sealing uses a refined coal tar based sealer that seals out the damaging elements of weather and chemicals and keeps the vital oils and plasticizers locked in the asphalt pavement to keep them flexible and functional. Our sealer is water based and dries with a matte finish. The matte finish accentuates the home and boosts curb appeal. For concrete, BMIR Sealing uses Hydrostop Sealer which is a clear, water based sprayable liquid which activates a water repellent effect on the surfaces of concrete. We had our asphalt driveway replaced last year by Action Paving who did a fabulous job. Was now time to get it sealed, so we contacted BMIR Sealing, who is the son of Maria from Action Paving. Our initial contact once they reopened after covid was replied to quickly and an estimate was booked. Meghan came out and provided an accurate and well priced quote. We were very pleased with the quality and workmanship provided by BMIR Sealing. Not only were they able to seal our asphalt driveway but they were also able to seal our stamped concrete edgings and walkways at the same time. They were courteous and professional throughout the entire process(from the initial quotation appointment right through to the actual date the sealant was applied). We will definitely use BMIR again when it comes to re-apply the sealant.
