RE-SUBMISSION DEADLINESThe OPA has now released the FIT 2.0 Contract and Rules. Similarly to MicroFIT, previous applicants who do not have a contract must resubmit their application during the window from October 1 through November 30. This time around, the following supporting documentation must be included:Demonstration of ownership or an entitlement of access to the roof space, such as a lease contractAn engineers report showing that the roof is large enough and can support the proposed PV systemA municipal resolution showing their support for the project.Security of $20/kW, with a $1000 minimumThe FIT 2.0 tranche for small rooftops in 2012 is 200MW. These will be awarded based on a points system, and in the event of a tie, on the time stamp. If an application is going to be withdrawn, the OPA must be notified during the window for the application fee to be returned.
