Poor "Service"

Brutal customer service. Didn't show up at all on dates and times that had been agreed to, poor communication, and excuse after excuse provided regarding delays (only after having to solicit the excuses ourselves). Cancelled the "services" as there was no guarantee that they would be performed. If you are considering Ascents Forestry don't. This lack of service has put other projects on hold that other wise would have gone ahead, had Ascents simply showed up and performed their services
