Training staff who aren’t even licenced to do these type of services they should be shut down unacceptable the manager is a joke there’s only 1 staff that professionally trained the other know nothing about the industry it not fair tho those who put in the work and actually care about this industry these people give us bad wraps

Girls’ weekend away. Starting with the positives. The spa staff are very sweet and try to be accommodating The services we received did not match the quality at other spas. The room was spacious and very clean. The queen beds were full at best. Main negatives are the mini Nordic spa which they charge extra for is a joke. Sauna closed due to Covid, hot tub was broken, unheated indoor pool. Owner not willing to remove fee for these unavailable options. 2 staff on hand for 8 booked services.

I have been trying to book an appointment for a week now. Never any answer at 705 592 4777. And no option to leave voicemail. I have tried different days and different times. It just rings and rings.
