terribly rude owners...I will never go there again

This is one of my favourite bookstores. If there is an event around Gan, they make a point to have stock to support it!

EXTREMELY RUDE AND INSULTING OWNER! I was in this store today, and I will NEVER go back again! I was rudely talked to by the owner Tom, so I decided to leave. Upon leaving I had said "Wow" as I could not believe a business owner would talk to a potential customer like that! Even though there were other customers there, and I was almost out of the store; he felt the need to raise his voice at me and say: " Wow, yes! you should not be in this store if you cannot read" I will NEVER GO BACK!
