Do not hire this company. What a disaster. Awful contractor. Amateur installation. Zero attention to detail, no common courtesy and zero care for your home.
Crooked balusters, scratched floors, sawdust all over house, missing screws, sloppy application of wood filler. The list goes on and on. See photos for examples.
Unfortunately there were a few errors made on , Jan 15, 2024 We returned when convenient to the customer and were thanked by his partner for returning and correcting the issues.
This client has posted on many web sites and the Better Business Bureau Canada. The BBB found there was no claim. It is not correct to post pictures of issues that have been taken care of.

We had orbit replace an old staircase in our house with a brand new custom maple staircase. They installed it in a day and it looks beautiful. They did a great job and we are very pleased with how well the project turned out. I would definitely recommend them.
The workmanship and service was Excellent! He made great recommendations that saved me money by re-using part of my railing. The pricing was right! I would highly recommend going out and viisiting their workshop to see the quality of work that he does. I would recommend him to anyone and would use him again.
