We set an appointment about a week and a half in advance. We confirmed the appointment the day before and Brian showed up exactly when he said he would. The work was thorough and it was obvious he was detail oriented. He gave me numerous tips on how best to maximize my wood stove and gave me a heads up that a part in my wood stove would need replacing shortly. We found the customer service professional and would recommend this company services.
