I brought my new puppy to this vet based on some positive reviews, unfortunately, my experience was the worst imagineable. Initially my puppy was constipated. I went along with all of their recommendations for x-rays, stool samples, medications, changes in food, etc... Six hundred dollars later, I had no diagnosis. Really like the Richview animal hospitals doctors, technicians, assistance, managers and front staff. They are all very well rounded and knowledgable in their field. They take the time to explain the situation that you may be in and they talk at your level So you can understand. It's a great feeling to know that you can go there and at any given time your animal will be there priority. I would highly recommend this animal hospital to anyone

Pet Care at a High Price

They seem nice, but I think that they care more about your wallet than your pet. They repeat tests that come back negative, over and over even though the symptoms don’t change. They ask you to pay for tests that your pet does not need. All of their charges are much higher (in same cases double) what other places charge. The cost for medication is even higher than any place that I have ever asked about. They only tell you the most expensive option for your pet, regardless if it is the best solution or not. I don’t mind paying for better care, but I wasn’t getting better care. After paying them thousands of dollars over the years, I found a place that actually cares about my pet without pillaging my wallet.
