Janet the groomer was very careful and conscientious.. Asked lot of questions about what we wanted . A great short cut for both our Westie and Bolonka . We made a 4 pm appointment- she took them immediately- no cage lock up.. Told us to come back at 6:30 pm and they had just been finished 5 minutes earlier - no long wait in cages. We were very lucky to get a same day appointment- I don’t think a lot of people know they are there.

Their dog grooming service and pet grooming salon is amazing. Janet is a top flight dog groomer who is great at her craft and very good with the dogs. I have a breed that is high maintenance in terms of coat care that needs frequent and regular grooming, and would highly recommend Janet at this location !

Pet Valu at 125 the Queensway in Etobicoke will lie to you about the availability of pets you want to adopt. Theyll say that other applications fell through and you are the only applicant who is interested in adopting the cat. I loved a cat named Pepper. For nearly a week they lied and said I was the only one who wanted to adopt Pepper. Then they said that Pepper had been adopted by someone whose application was ahead of mine. Never come to this store ever.

Always get great service at this Pet Valu. Staff go above and beyond with assistance getting heavy stuff out to the car. And I so looked forward to seeing Hobo on my visits. I miss him.

The owners and staff are awesome. I feel I can come and go, say hello and not purchase anything. Their suggestions are always welcome. P.S. My condolences on the loss of Hobo :(
