Rude service and unhelpful

Extremely rude service from the young guy that works there during the day. I had some alterations that were done and there were some issues that needed fixing. He refused to listen to my request and said there was nothing wrong with the pants. I just wanted these to be fixed properly. I eventually said I would not pay as I had to take them to a different cleaners to get fixed and he refused to give me my pants. Do not go to this place unless you want your day ruined and money wasted.
