CARSTAR Etobicoke South

This shop was amazing to deal with after I had a car accident this winter. They repaired the bumper and front end of my Mercedes and it looks even better than when I bought it. The repairs were done within two days and they even washed and detailed my car - it feels like brand new again! The team communication was great - Tony, Dave, and the lovely receptionist all were friendly, knowledgeable, and made the process incredibly easy. Can't recommend the shop enough!

By far the WORST experience I have ever dealt with in getting a vehicle fixed. Not only is the manager TED very rude and unprofessional, but the work they did on my car is absolutely pathetic. My insurance company (Coachman) made me go to this Carstar location, despite me asking if I could go to a mechanic that I knew. I was told to bring in my Mercedes GLK Diesel on a Monday to be evaluated, and upon arriving they let me know they would actually be taking my car that day to begin the fixing. Th
