F- rating. Where's the option for ZERO stars? Extremely vulgar, verbally abuse & unconscionably rude. The head technician John hung up on me twice after I called to check on the work that he took on (by good referral). I approved the work to go ahead (2-3 days, $500+) & then I called the next day to see how things were going & to share with him what I had learned from Honda, and he suddenly refused to do the job altogether, and told me to screw off because he just didn't want to do it anymore.
