    I have used Emerald Plumbers ever since moving to Niagara-on-the-Lake in 2007 and found their services honest, friendly and excellent. I've recommended them to my neighbours who had used other plumbers in the past and now only use Emerald. I highly recommend them.

    Overpriced and un...

    Overpriced and unreliable. 3 hours late to their first visit. I had to call 3 times to get them to come at all. Then they sent a technician who was polite, but said he didn't have tools or equipment. Finally they quoted a very high price to get the work done. I would not use or recommend this company.

    This review is from Ryan on June 9th 2015 between 11: 00 to 11:30 AM our office received the call requesting service to clear a red tag by the gas company. At this point we told the caller we would contact him as soon as the service tech was completed with his existing calls. we arrived at his location about 2:45 PM. upon inspection of the code violations the service tech took pictures to verify the numerous violations. Our service tech was not prepared to re-pipe the entire gas system to the water heater and furnace, re-vent the water heater and bond the gas line. the owner had more than 1 red tag. during the conversation with our service tech, the owner admitted he had installed the gas services and plumbing himself. the TSSA rules are, the last gas fitter on site to work becomes responsible for the entire system and violations. this is a very vindictive customer, he went out of his way to post his review to 9 ads of ours.
