    Ongoing problems with new Blomberg Fridge at our résidence north end Brockville. After careful examination and assessment, McCann technician identified that a waterline behind an interior panel had been damaged during manufacturing process. He was able to replace line on-site. Very polite and competent.

    Terrible customer service and at repairing appliances esp fridges , been 7 weeks now and fridge still not fixed , first compressor then needs evaporator, then they say they need to take it to shop and it will be returned In 2 days , well 3 weeks yes weeks we still don’t have a working fridge and finally got ahold of someone only to be told they are looking for a leak ???? 3 weeks to find a leak , lost 2 days of work , this is a new fridge , stay away for appliance repair unless you like waiting

    Everything was installed on time and on budget. Kevin even pointed out a problem with my air conditioning system that I hadn't noticed, and he got that corrected. I appreciated how they went above and beyond.

    Very please and satisfied with McCann Mechanical. I've had McCann do all my maintenance work in the past, however recently had a brand new gas furnace and new air conditioner installed. The technician Kyle was a very sweet, understanding, educated and patient young man. He took away all the over-whelming stress of learning a new system by taking time explaining the use of it, and by personally writing out a step by step process on the use of my thermostat. I will continue to use McCann Mechanical, and highly recommend them to friends and family.

    Great to deal with !

    As a first time customer of McCann's I was VERY impressed. McCann Mechanical intervened on my behalf in a dispute with Samsung re a new frig which had a manufacturers defect.. McCanns went 'above and beyond' to help me...not for the sake of getting more business for THEM...but to solve the problem. McCanns did extra paperwork, sent faxes, made phone calls and was very customer oriented. I will certainly deal with McCanns in the future and would highly recommend them to others.

    helpful and knew what to do (on everything!)

    purchased a newer house that has had many issues and have had many contractors in to repair or repalce items. Had a new pool system put in and the gas company that came to put the line in put a line too small for the heater and blew my heater….McCan can and fixed it and said it never should have been done that way. Had them install a gen set power the house incase of power outages and they saved me huge from other quotes and put he unit where I wanted it (away from my bed room). Installed a gas heater for our garage and knew exactly what size was needed and not over kill. have had them in to repair appliance and even once over the holidays had an issue and the owner came himself to fix my work freezer; no other emergency company would come until the next day or two. Top marks to McCann and the team, I would refer them to anyone of our friends or family!!!

    Would Never Use McCann Again

    Had McCann Mechanical (Brockville) repair our home furnace. We have had nothing but problems with this company. At first, the service technician quoted the replacement part to be a couple hundred dollars. It ended up being $600. Next, we booked them for the install, and I stayed home from work. They did not show up. Two days later they called saying they'd be there that day. The repair ran smoothly. Technician was pleasant. But three HOURS after he left our house, the billing person/department called harassing us to pay the bill. I calmly explained that we would be paying our bill promptly (and before next week) and just had some online banking to do. The person on the phone was very rude and started saying things like "we need to pay our people". As per usual business practice, the invoice states 30 days before there are monthly interest charges. We would never use this company again.

    First, we'd like to apologize if there were any unintended miscommunications. We had stated the price of the part ($582.20) ahead of time and said payment was due at the time of ordering the part, however, we were flexible in waiting until installation per the customers request. We were told to go ahead and order it. We were more than flexible with when the payment was due. We had waited a week, not hours, before contacting and asking about payment. Again, we apologize if there was a miscommunication. Customer service and treating our customers right is our top priority.
