Back in 2016, I purchased a main entrance door and a patio door. Over time the front door has had some fading. Recently I contacted them to find out if the lifetime warranty would cover this. As it turned out, it did. They sent over a repairman along with the inspector who originally oversaw the installation two years ago. It took half a day of work to make my door look as good as new again. Excellent post-purchase service.

Last year, when my house was being renovated, I hired Milano to replace 3 damaged doors and 8 windows. One of the reps from the company visited our house to know our requirements and explain the scope of their service. The estimated cost was pretty reasonable. On the replacement day, all the workers were equipped with some modern tools. They were too efficient to finish the job in just 4 days. They provided an extraordinary service and gave my house a complete modern look. Highly recommended.
I went to Milano to replace the doors and windows of my newly bought house because I knew this is the trusted name. Their customer service was amazing. They have a wide range of door and window collections. I purchased two double slider windows, four single sliders, one entry door and one patio door. The designs were exclusive and modern. The shape, color & fitting were too good to get compliments. The cost associated with these were also reasonable. I will definitely get back to them again.

I am glad I hired this team to handle my work. They have all the tools to make their job easier and efficient. Replacing 9 doors and 12 windows in my apartment were just a simple thing on their own side. Even while I assumed it will take them about 4 days, it just took these guys 2 days to round them up. They really provided a quality service and since then, everything looked cool! If I need to do any window or door replacement again, I will go back to them.
I let this team replaced 3 damaged doors & 2 broken windows in my quarter earlier this year and up till now, the products stayed the same way. Nothing had affected them, the colors and shapes looked the same way I purchased them. Absolutely Perfect Product! The installer is a professional, he installed everything in a great way.

Met Matthew when we needed our windows changed. Very informative and easy guy to work with. Spends the time to explain things and honestly tells you the pros and cons of all scenarios. Acted like a friend during the whole conversation/negotiations and even helped with an issue in my kitchen that he seemed familiar enough to easily correct. Well worth the call, great job.
UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY - DO NOT RECOMMEND! We reached out to Milano for a quote and provided them all our information. They rescheduled the appointment and then cancelled the next one two hours before they were scheduled to come because Matthew the employee "didn't want to come downtown" and provided me with excuse, after excuse, about why he should not take the job. Very unprofessional and do not recommend! So many better, trustworthy companies to go with!

This is not a review... it's a distortion of the truth written by a person who never received service from Milano Windows and Doors. I am the owner and I personally arrived at this person's home an hour prior to the appointment time. Upon arrival, I noticed that the condo complex, which is located downtown did not allow for a cube truck access. I knew right away that I would not be able to provide service there and explained that to the client. She got frustrated and threatened to tarnish our name on the internet, which she's obviously trying to do. Very mean spirited comment written by a person who had no reason whatsoever to do so.
Great service great window replacement company. We needed to replace our broken windows asap. They guys came in for an estimation and did a great job replacing the Windows the next day. Thank you for your commitment.
I just had my second floor windows replaced by Milano. I wish I knew of them a couple of years ago when I had my first floor done. The windows look great and I can tell they're really good quality. The service was exceptional and the prices so reasonable. I am beyond happy with the outcome and would definitely recommend this company.
Sales person from Milano Window comes over on June 23rd and does all the measuring for a French Patio Door. We order a custom 60" french Patio door and give a $500,00 deposit. 4 weeks later no door, they never orderd it. now 8 weeks later they delivered the wrong size. Apparently all our fault.Door was supose to be installed 4 weeks after ordering. in the end we find out from the Installers that the wall would collapse because there is not enough Brick left to support the lentil. NOT RECOMENDED!

This is not a fair review, as we never did any work for this client. The long wait was due to the customer's request to obtain permission from the city, which she apparently never has (that was the reason for the wait). Once we understood that the client wanted to go ahead, we ordered the door and when we came to do the installation, we realized that we cannot proceed in a safe manner. This job involves cutting through bricks and siding that would compromise the house structure. One way to have done it properly and safely was to insert a lintel into the client's closet - a solution to which the client refused. We therefore decided to refund the client's deposit and cancel the job. We apologize for any inconvenience caused to the client and wish her well.
I purchased three sliding doors from "MILANO DOORS".They design a huge range of modern doors. The quality and cost were so good and everyone keeps telling me how great they look in my new house. The customer service was extremely helpful since this was my first time buying doors. I will definitely be going back for my interior and exterior doors as well.
