Now with Sears gone we had no one to call to repair any of our Kenmore appliances. We called Rowes and Andrew came out to look at our washing machine, he figured out the problem and ordered the part and installed it the very next day. Excellent service and reasonable prices. We will continue to use Rowes for all all appliance repairs.
