Always good service for my experiences, they have been giving me excellent support especially explaining new prescriptions to me and what i might experience while on them, i find that very helpful!!!... They do review my meds with me by appointments, they are highly recommended by me!!
Pharmacy has no clue about customer service. They are rude and if you need a prescription within 3 days later don't leave it there. They are so terribly understaffed and I feel so bad for the girls who work under these conditions. I have been with them for six months and thought I would give them a chance but people can only take so much. I have always dealt with Rexall in Niagara Falls and they were like family. Stay away from this place,pick any one else but don't deal here.
I have to suffer withdrawal symptoms and deal with untreated ADD because this pharmacy refuses to honor a legitimate prescription due to confusion over a simple note, has made very little attempt to solve the problem, and didn't even contact me for over a month to let me know that there WAS a problem.
