a necklace was taken in on June 4th to have the clasp reattached to the chain. At one time this used to be fixed (in about 2 minutes time) while you waited. Called today (June 27th) 23 days after leaving necklace and it still wasn't done. My family has been using Maddock Myers for over 50 years - since we first moved to Chatham. After this lack of service, they have just lost a loyal customer. When I lived in London, Kitchener, Toronto and now in Blenheim, I have always returned to Maddocks to have work done, or to purchase jewellery. 23 days to reattach a clasp it totally unacceptable!
