The Cambridge Urban Planet is the absolute worst customer service store we have dealt with in a very long time. Our 13 year old son went shopping for new track pants and was able to find 2 pair for the Boxing Day sale. He purchased the pants and when he got home, he grabbed 2 different sizes by accident. Went back to exchange them for a size smaller, exactly the same style and colour, just a medium instead of the large he grabbed by mistake. Urban planet in their great wisdom would not exchange
