Spotless Dry Cleaners Head Office

I have used these dry cleaners for 15 years with no issues but recently i was very unsatisfied with the condition of a sweater that came back damaged. I took the sweater in and complained to a young lady who told me someone would call me back to address the problem.. its been two months and im still waiting. I'm very unhappy with their lack of response to my complaint and will not be dealing with them in the future.
