I am thrilled wit...

I am thrilled with my hair everytime I leave Shear Creations. Julie is amazing. I have been a client for over 5 years and refuse to go anywhere else. I also take my 7 year old daughter who loves the experience (at an affordable price)

I'll never go anywhere else!!

I was referred by one of my co-workers to go to Shear Creations. I am super picky about my hair so I was really nervous about trying someone new to do my hi-lights. The first thing I noticed was the really friendly atmosphere. All the girls seemed super nice. The girl that did my hair totally listened to me and what I wanted and asked me tonnes of questions to make sure we were both on the same page on how I wanted my colour and cut. Very Happy!! I would definitely recommend this salon!!

HUGE disappointment

This is possibly one of the most horrifying experiences at a hair salon I have ever had to endure. These companies are based on word of mouth and providing customer service and sadly this salon appears to have ZERO integrity. It isn't surprising to me that they had to outsource a marketing company to try and bring up their clientele base because their attitudes are a disgrace. I would NOT recommend this establishment to my worst enemy let alone friends.
