My parents were looking for the perfect home, and when we visited the Williamsburg, we knew we found it. The building was well maintained and we were looked after the entire time by staff. The food was exceptional and overall it was a pleasant experience. I think it's safe to say my parents found their new home.
Had a lovely experience when my family and I visited the Williamsburg while searching for retirement communities. The staff were nothing but kind and friendly to us and answered all of our questions in detail. The decor throughout the building was beautiful as well. I highly recommend to anyone considering retirement communities for their family members.
Disappointing; there are a lot of promises made but no delivery. Management dismisses the problems of residents and treats its staff poorly. Overall, this is a business that puts profit before people.
