TERRIBLE customer service!
I took my Breville machine in to be repaired. They charged me $40 for an estimate and said they'd get back to me the very next day. They didn't. A week later I called and was told they didn't do the estimate yet. Same thing a week later. I finally complained to their head office, who did not respond. I called again and finally got my money back. Avoid at all costs. These guys do not care about customer service AT ALL.
