Poor service
The delivery service out of this location is terrible. On two back to back occasions they failed to deliver my pizza, where both times I called and was told "it was coming". The first time this happened it was a snow storm so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I was disappointed that time that they did not call to say sorry we cant deliver etc, they just kept saying "it is coming" and then they closed the store. So I ordered again thinking I would give them another chance, and it happened again. The weather was fine, just rain. It took them 2 hours to deliver the pizza to me - it was cold and half of it was undercooked. This is completely unacceptable and as a result I will no longer be ordering from Ginos pizza. When I called to bring the issue to the attention of the store the staff member disputed the facts and he said "next time you order I'll give you a special discount" and giggled about it. I really would not like to see how that "discount" affects the quality of my pizza and I dislike being argued with and as such will never order from Gino's again.
