Excellent customer service

Dependable- We hired Burlington Water Tech to install a reverse osmosis system. We were impressed with the expediency of the installation and how clean the area was left when the job was complete. We drink a lot of water at our house and it's a great feeling to know our water is free from contaminants. Customer Service- They contact us annually to notify us that the filters need changed and to book an appointment to make those changes. Listen to the needs of the customer- When they installed our unit, we were asked questions about other services that they could provide, but they only did what we hired them to do. They did not push themselves on us to buy other services. Communication skills- I had the opportunity to watch the owner, Tim Vitali at a trade show, and I was impressed with how empathetic he was with the customers and how passionate he was to provide the customer with clean, safe water. I would highly recommend Burlington Water Tech, as a trustworthy company to service both your home or commercial needs. BW- Stoney Creek

After receiving a complete abdication of service from the big box stores (jack of all trades - masters of none!), I decided to hit up the yellow pages. I went with Burlington Water Tech because they are local. All of my questions were promptly answered over the phone and they were able to book me in for an appointment within 24hrs! I had them instal a complete filtration system + reverse osmosis + water softener and have never looked back! Later I did buy a little water tester at home depot and my drinking water out-performs ALL bottled water except Dasani, which is about the same. I highly recommend these guys to anyone!
