I hired burlington fence for a residential job. they were very speedy on the quote and following up on new business, but months later, with emails stating, 'your job is scheduled this week", no work has been done. I can't review the workmanship yet, but, i strongly suggest when negotiating with them you get a firm start date, and even ask for penalties to cover their constant delays
