I have found that this office is very professional and exceptionally friendly. They are more than willing to get it right and to make sure that you are satisfied. I have had to go through several iterations of contact lenses to get ones that fit and perform correctly, and Dr. Germain has been very patient and helpful with making sure that I get a product that works for me.
