Craig and Jacob (Brantford office) arrived and exceeded all expectations beyond belief. They were courteous, professional and not only repaired everything, but also set us up with 'user training' to help us maintain safely. 5 Stars all the way!
Love Robert and his team. Just bought a gorgeous Napoleon BBQ to match the Napoleon fireplace I got from Reliant. Robert also handles my hot water, furnace and air conditioning, and my twice yearly service checks. Would not dream of dealing with anyone else. I recommend them unreservedly.
