    I am so in love w...

    I am so in love with this store. I come in for every birthday to get balloons and party supplies. Your balloons last so long. Also I love all your Halloween and Christmas décor. I also find that all your staff is so kind and helpful with all my questions.

    Very Poor Customer Service!

    I am disgusted with the customer service at Smitty's Party Depot. The manager is completely disrespectful and snarky. The business has no idea how to deal with customers. I will NEVER shop here again!
