    THE BEST EXPERIENCE!!!!

    My experience with Oakhill Tree Service in Brantford exceeded my expectations. I phoned Monday to have them give me a FREE estimate, I was called back the same day, and they arrived very efficiently on time for the quote the next business day. I of course shopped around for prices, and found Oakhill to be the most reasonable for the work that needed to be done. I went with Oakhill Tree Service, and look forward to working with this company again. Good job, Oakhill!

    Disappointed

    BEWARE...after reviewing a long list of companies i felt Oakhill was credible and hungry for the job but after I decided to do half the job first then the second part later they came and did very little for what was on the work order for a decent chunk of the money...i had paid them partially with the expectation they would come back and finish the job but after repeated phone calls and even a visit can't seem to convince them to come finish the second part and get paid further. Its not a small job so the total payment is a good payment...i guess some people make too much or don't care...find another company or don't trust them...its a shame i am very disappointed!!!!

    Typically we never take down payments up front from any customer unless it involves a crane or a city ordered removal. Payments are never processed until the job is complete and our customers are satisfied. We are sorry you feel this way however there are two sides to every story. Take care.
