Cashiers are rude , front end manager is useless Never been to a grocery store where rudeness is acceptable The new owner needs to train employees how to speak nicely to customers As a personal shopper for seniors, I will be taking all future business somewhere else

Since this pandemic has arrived , i have shopped at different grocery stores trying to find one i felt comfortable and safe in. I have shopped at No Frills before the pandemic but hadn’t been back since . Today I arrived @ 9:30 and was greeted by a very friendly security guard, inside the store the floors where clearly marked , most everyone where following the rules and if they didn’t they where reminded in a polite way, most of the items I wanted where there , check out was a breeze .

Only complaint .. staff restocking shelves often take up the whole aisle and seem to resent being interrupted by customers .... A smile and greeting would be nice ....
