Durham Auto Detailing only employs knowledgeable people who can solve any problem related to their field. We prefer to be honest and upfront with our customers, even if it means losing a paying job. We do book up very fast but that is only because we spend the appropriate amount of time on each vehicle. If there is only a few hours left in the day we will not try and squeeze another vehicle in. If we did then that would mean sacrificing time on the already scheduled vehicle. We are located in Bowmanville because it is one of the fastest growing cities in all of Ontario. I found this service to be unreliable and unprofessional. After having my first appointment cancelled within 1/2 hour of the scheduled time, no-one showed up on time for the second appointment. I should have been alerted when I first called and the telephone was answered with "Hello" rather than a business name.
