Do not buy gift cards from this place! They just write the new number and sign it on the back of the card. when you return they will tell you its the wrong number.

worst service i've ever received, every single time i come here they take every customer before me, they tell you it's going to be 10 mins when you're actually sitting there for an hour. they also only have 3 employees who can actually do nails, absolutely horrible!

The service here is god awful ! I had an apt scheduled at 10 am and waited there until 1030 for the girl to come in ! Why why why would I have booked an appointment if I still had to wait for 30 mins ! I asked if we could call the girl and the employees there said no . I later asked if I could get a small discount bc of the wait and they not only did not pay attention to me but they said thy cannot bc the owner is not in . simply ill managed and dispeciable !

Bolton- Best Nail and Spa!

the service here is great!! allowing me to do walk in is amazing!!! they are always happy to see me and always pleased to see new faces!! Compared to the other nail and spa's in Bolton this has to be the most clean out of the ones I've been too! i always love going in cause they tell me what product is good for me and my nail type!! they take great care of my skin when i get a pedicure!! ALSO!! they are soooo kind when waxing!! out of the other nail places in Bolton this is the best one!!

Great looking salon, not the best service. Pedicure was not well done, feet still scaly after. Girl answered her cell phone 2 times during my pedicure, and left to have a conversation for a couple minutes each time. Has shellac done on my nails this past Friday, peeling off in chunks today ( 4 days) =. Seemed very disorganized, customers double booked. I won't be going back.
