sales people are great. Andrea spent lots of time with us, but our experience was completely ruined by the rude and unprofessional optometrist. Pearle Vision lost 2 customers today!
The salespeople were nice but the glasses suffered from chromatic aberration(blurryness)and they refused fix it, in spite of the guarantee. If you buy glasses here, you'll end up throwing them out and having to pay again for glasses somewhere else.
