    Worst service ever

    Had Fred’s Burner come out to my cottage to troubleshoot and fix my hot water heater. What was quoted to be a one day fix costing approximately $200, turned into a 3 week fix costing over $600!!! I’m not even sure they knew what they were doing, as they replaced one part and it didn’t fix it, so they had to order another part, almost like it was trial and error. I would not recommend this company. Next time I will pay extra to have someone come from out of town to fix it.
