This is a small HVAC outfit but that doesn't mean they are small on quality and price. I appreciated the candour and honesty on not pushing to sell a new furnace right off the bat vs some other local companies. Professional, friendly and courteous makes Dodds an excellent choice in Quinte and PECounty!

Great price and service

Dodds gave us a great price on a gas furnace and A/C install that was much more competitive than the big local HVAC companies. Brian came in to inspect our furnace when we were going through the process of deciding to replace it. He gave us an honest, impartial assessment which was much more useful than the two other assessments we received from the other two local company technicians who apparently weren't in our house to give us advice but to SELL us a furnace we didn't necessarily need right away. We went ahead and got a quote from Dodds because we figured the furnace was going to need replacing sooner than later and we wanted A/C for the next summer. Once the quote was done and accepted, Brian was quick to get the furnace installed for us. It was installed in one day, they were very courteous and did a great job on the install.
