Friendly knowledgeable staff, they let you browse the products without any pressure, I asked them what machine I would need for what I wanted to do, I am very happy with the chainsaw they recommended. Heck! they even fill in and send the warranty to Stihl for you. A very good experience, would highly recommend.

6wks ago I brough...

6wks ago I brought in chainsaw that needed 3 small screws tightened with chain that needed a quick fix aswell. After $65 and 3 wks i gave up waiting for them to call and decided i would just drive in hoping it was ready. To my surprise it wasnt and now after another 3 wks i cant get them on the phone and i still have no chainsaw. It would have been cheaper and easier to just buy a new one.
