Terrible experience with Kevin Nov.2 . He put a chalking gasket on our fireplace 2 years ago..It crumbled, so called himti clean it . He asked who put that in.?He claimed it wasn’t him, but I had no bill, because he wants cash.He tried to put a cloth gasket in , but he couldn’t get it to stay in place.,so it leaked . He lied and said there was leak in a pipe and he put a red tag on it,It was not leaking before or my carbon monoxide monitor would sound.i have no fireplace, what a murk.
I have been using Naturally Gas for about 10 years now and they have always been great. The service they offer is always top-notch and I would recommend them to anyone!
