Extremely Rude and Disappointing

The way I was treated yesterday was disgusting. I wish I could give a rating of negative five stars. After paying good money at their store for over a year, I asked the owner's wife to hold one single Thanksgiving balloon for me, until the Thursday before Thanksgiving. She refused to do it unless I paid on the spot, because her husband (the owner!) likes to decorate with them. Did I have the money? Yes. But I walked out because she was so rude & ungrateful for my business it made me sick.
