Nails For You

I was unhappy with my nails and asked for them to be fixed. Infront of me, the girl who did my nails was talking poorly about me to her client. All the product was taken off my nails when I asked them not to and told them I did not have time. I have been here 6 times this year so far and never had an issue until now. I won’t be coming back.

Susan, along with the other staff are complete sweethearts! I went for a full set and she was able to recreate a beautiful look! The male technician did a ladies polish a few stations down and they also looked incredible! She took her time and made me feel very comfortable, I have huge anxiety going to stores alone and they made me feel so welcomed. They also follow all covid protocols. I Can’t wait to see you again Susan !!!

I’ll be honest, I’m not a nail guru however with the holidays fast approaching, I felt it was time to get my nails under control. I was able to call to book a last minute appointment. When I arrived, I was offered a seat right away and provided with the colour wheel. The nail technician did a beautiful job on my nails and moving forward I will be frequenting this spot for all my nail love necessities!

I’ve been here twice now. Terrible first experience but went back to give a different nail technician the benefit of the doubt. Absolutely awful. Waited an hour past my appointment time (I arrived on time and had booked a week in advanced) and despite numerous mentions of bumpy nails and missed spots with the polish the tech disregarded everything I said. My nails are different lengths, shapes, the edges and tips are spotty where there’s no polish and the thickness of the powder is different.

Horrible. They put my tip on crooked and then when I asked if they could take it off and put a new one on they proceeded to talk about me and laugh at me, and then the guy doing my nails came over and told me another girl was doing them instead. When I went to her she told me that it costs 15$ extra for the length that I wanted and 10$ for just regular polish. They were very rude and I do not recommend going there .

the staff was not friendly and and every part of my pedicure hurt even after having said something. will NOT be coming back and do not recommend going

Nails got messed up within an hour. Refused a refund AND for them to fix it since it would “cost to much” QUANTITY OVER QUALITY AT THIS PLACE. They just want your money. Don’t waste your time. Also disrespectful

DO NOT GO HERE! I went to get my shellac removed. The technician was scraped the shellac off my nails with her metal tool. Not waiting for the acetone to soak, then processed to buff off the rest left my nails sore and scratched. I had came back after examining my nails. she only put topcoat on my nails at her station over top of her client. Then sent me to the drying station then ignored me until 10 minutes later, with the coworkers talking about me. she finally came over and told me to leave

So professional and friendly! They took their time to make sure it was perfect! Mani pedi customer.

I will never go back for nails for you because they told me I needed to Wait 30 minutes for my regular polish to dry. 5 minutes later after I had changed at the gym the polish was all over my new leggings and i was so upset I went back to remove it. They didn’t refund me just a simple I’m sorry. Now I am running late and this ruined my Friday.

WORST EXPERIENCE OF ANY NAIL SALON EVER. Do not waste your money at the cundles, Barrie location. They butchered my nail removal to the point my nails are tender and sore. I was flinching and complaining saying “ow” but the lady continued to rip off my solar nails and charged me for it too. Would only recommend to my worst enemy. I’ve been to plenty nail salons and I would give this -5 stars. NEGATIVE STARS FOR YOU. I was clearly on the verge of tears during the 30 min she spent hurting me.

Called with a simple enquiry which resulted in whoever answered the phone yelling at me and hanging up on me. Very confused by their customer service

I am ticked off because I've had my nails chip twice within a week of having Shellac done. When I went to get the second one fixed they said to busy come back tomorrow. Ridiculous.
